Apart from harvesting my very own honey, this was the first recipe I came up with to sell in my company! Made and sweetened with HONEY, I tell people it's 'Almost Good For you' only because it's made with butter and cream. No sugar added. No joke.

It tastes like caramel and kids love it, too! Great on breads, fruit, coffee, ice cream and, some say, even Pizza!

9 Fluid Ounces. Glass jar. 12 months shelf stable from date of production. Refrigerate after opening. Keep in cool space like a pantry or cabinet. Stay out of sunlight.
